:: The Missional Residency of Grace Northridge San Antonio offers a comprehensive ministry and leadership experience individually tailored to draw out the calling, character, and Kingdom contribution the Lord has been shaping within each participant.
:: Residents play a significant role in the life of the local church, gaining ministry and leadership experience within the four environments of Grace: connect, worship, grow, and serve. Residents serve within the Grace Leadership Community, apprentice under a senior leader, and are matched with a "coach," who provides godly encouragement, supervision, and accountability. Residents are further equipped through the School of Discipleship, Leadership Intensive, and Missional Core training track of dMAKERu. They also learn from a variety of Kingdom leaders and non-profit organizations within the broader Gospel-ecosystem in San Antonio.
:: The residency is a 40-50 hour per week time commitment with a 2-3 year term. Typically, applicants possess a theological degree and are pursuing full-time vocational ministry, particularly in the area of church planting.
:: Missional Residencies are support-raised positions. Residents are required to raise a majority of their support goal before their start date. We come alongside and walk with each Resident through the entire process. Grace provides medical insurance and a housing stipend for Residents and their family.
:: The application for Missional Residency begins by completing the Leadership Community Questionnaire. To find out more about the Missional Residency or how you might participate, please contact Matt Kessler.
