Greater: A Letter to the Hebrews

One of the latest letters written to the early Church and included in the biblical canon is this one-- written anonymously, and seeming addressed to Jewish Christians suffering persecution and facing temptation to turn away from their faith in Jesus Christ. For this reason, it is known as the Epistle (or Letter) to the Hebrews. What we find in this message is a deeply theological, biblical, yet practical exposition of the ways in which Jesus Christ is greater than all of the most revered aspects of Judaism and is worthy of our praise, our faith, and our lives. He is our example, and as the great shepherd of the sheep, will surely equip us with everything good that we may do God's will.
